HIGH-SHIELDING FARADAY FABRIC – TitanRF Faraday Fabric
TitanRF Faraday Fabric is trusted worldwide by military, law enforcement, and forensics investigators to block wireless signals. Its applications range from making faraday bags and RF enclosures to signalproof rooms, EMP protection, and personal data and identity protection.
RF SIGNAL BLOCKING – Made from high-performance nickel-copper polyester woven material, this fabric effectively blocks WiFi (2.4 & 5GHz), Bluetooth, cell signals including 5G networks, GPS, RFID, and radio signals from low MHz to 40GHz. It also shields against EMI, RFI, and EMF radiation.
COMPOSITION – The fabric comprises 62% polyester, 29% copper, and 9% nickel. It has a thickness of 80±5 μm, a surface resistance of ≤50 MΩ, and weighs 83±5 g/㎡. The exterior on both sides is a copper-colored finish, ideal for visually appealing applications in interior designs, fashion, or high-end electronic enclosures. Wear gloves if sensitive to materials.
LARGE DIMENSIONS – The fabric sheet measures 36 inches by 43.3 inches (10.83 sq ft / 1.2 sq yds or 91.4cm by 110cm / 1.01 sq m). You can easily cut, sew, and tape it to create your own shielding enclosure.
